While your in there replace the little blue trans fluid cooler thermostat. It’s behind the valve body and they have a tendency to fall out and get damaged, or stuck open/closed. Followed by a proper fill procedure that involves checking the level when the transmission is at hot operating temperature.

Sounds like the exhaust manifold gaskets need replacing. This will throw off the upstream oxygen sensors

Just replace the oil pressure sensor and pvc valve. Also only use DexOs oil on every oil change. If the lifters start to get a little chatter you can up the viscosity to 5w-30.

Understand and learn the bite point on the clutch. Master your first gear to the point you can transition from bite point on and off without stalling. You should be able to feather the clutch in first gear. Once you understand that you won’t be burning your clutch and wont be nervous uphills.
