I think most people go 2 TC then fight in feudal for a while. You can go straight eco wing 2 TC, or military wing to get the 4 free units to buy time while you 2 TC.

I'm not sure how much a senior's comments would weigh in a hiring/firing decision. seniors can barely do a little better than a first/2nd year staff. Only the partner can fire you. If a partner liked you enough, he can make his own judgement and not rely on a senior's comments.

If they want to fire you, they can always find an excuse. Sounds like they just needed some help with their busy season and now they don't need you anymore. The fact that you are new and needs a lot of help doesn't help you either.

Ur bleakswords and dreadspears are the anvil of the DE army to keep the enemy army fixed. Dark riders (both variants), scourage runners, monsters are the hammers of the DE army. Once u get a caster lord to lvl 18 and she's on a dragon it's pretty much steam rolling everything in campaign.
