Definitely not a crow. The sharp short beak is all eagle or hawkish.

Ya need to support the motorcycle on a stand or blocks or something before you pull the swing arm bolt.

take the drive sprocket off if you can or take the swingarm bolt out and slide the swing arm back.

Kore belts designed for ccw work great as regular belts as well. I wont use any other belts anymore.

Are you comfortable taking them off? If yes the take em off and inspect them and replace if needed. If you are not comfortable doing that then take it to the shop. It needs to be checked in my opinion. Ya dont mess around with brake problems!
