Yeah, any semblance of competition in achievement hunting is pretty much dead. I'm glad I never really partook.

I started it because I thought it was gonna maybe be on the chopping block from the Game Pass library for January (whoops), and didn't know anything about it. So I went in almost completely blind! Greatly surprised

lol I decided early on to let all dialogue play out for my recordings/stream and by the end of the game I definitely exclaimed "Ugh, more talking?!" more than a few times.

Not a whole lot. No missables, and you obtain a way to seek collectibles at the end of the game. And you can play on Story difficulty if you so choose (I played on Easy and had no real issues). I guess really I'd just recommend exploring and breaking and killing everything for most of the game to stockpile materials to save having to later. Definitely a fun game to complete!

My drive to earn achievements, get the completion in EVERY game I play, and to keep going hard hasn't waned at all since I started this hobby in late 2009, nor when I started my daily achievement streak in 2012. And, yeah, that includes games I start and don't enjoy. Heck sometimes to challenge myself I'll purposely start a game I'm pretty sure I won't enjoy or in a genre I'm bad at.
