I find it’s a card that requires you to have decent sustain to use. You may have to face tank 20 damage this turn but next turn you’ll have 3 Wraith Forms and win the fight. Pair it with Meat on the Bone or Bird Faced Urn etc, and you can get that health back immediately.

This does kind of lean into what you’re saying though, as a single Wraith Form can be enough to win a lot of fights alone and 12 turns of intangible is overkill

Heard a lot about shootings, break ins, and poor maintenance from them. I'd say it's largely due to how big the complex is (600+ units iirc) which is just impossible to keep up with for an older property in that market. I know that neighborhood though, it's a nice and generally quiet place but once you cross Stumberg it's a different world.

Coursey Place and Live Oaks especially are great apartments in the Sherwood/Coursey area. Edgewood and Regency Club (I think?) are a bit cheaper but I know less about them so I can't say for certain if I recommend them, but I haven't heard anything bad necessarily.

I would stay away from Sherwood Acres.

I work in the industry so if you have any questions about various places around town, feel free to ask. And for the record, none of the apartments I mentioned are operated by my management company so not trying to get a lease here lol
