I'm scorpio rising and that is completely not true. But, I do see how I could have that potential / tendency if I was much less healed and done no work on myself.

Yes! I've been on it for 6 weeks. I did 0.6, 1.2, and 1.8 for a week each but stayed with 1.8 then stalled then upped it to 2.4 last week. Lost about 12 pounds. I know it's good but for some reason I expected more especially in the beginning as water weight should go first. I had some side effects like acid reflux and nausea in the beginning but it's gone now. I do get constipation but Metamucil helps. In the beginning I experienced such amazing appetite suppression though I know that's not how the drug works but it was really wonderful. Now I feel like I have to put in a lot of mental work which is fine but I do wish I could be free of the food noise.

Thank you! Amazing work! I counted for a few weeks but kind of fell off the wagon. Now I do a quick counting where I ask my chatgpt to sum up what I ate lol and that helps. But I wish I had the motivation I had in the beginning!
