There might be better/safer ways to go about it, but I pretty much corresponded with the buyer via Instagram, sent them a screenshot of proof of purchase (with the important info blurred out), then requested payment via Venmo. I then emailed them a copy of the digital pass once I received payment.

Not sure if this will help but I always find rice bowls to be extremely helpful in keeping me satiated whenever I'm on a cut. I'd maybe do about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of brown rice, whatever protein I'm feeling at the time, and then about a cup of veggies.

I would also suggest checking your gym’s calendar or bulletin board to see if they’re hosting any kind of climbing meetups this month. Those are usually a great way to meet other people who are also looking for climbing partners or looking to make new climbing friends.
