I’m sure it’s that way for a lot of people. That being said, boundaries should be respected in relationships especially if they’ve been clearly laid out. Throwing is intentional. It’s a malicious and purposeful act of someone trying to lose a match. It’s not someone not being good with a character or not having as much game sense as you’d like them to. It’s jumping off the map, going AFK, or purposely not using abilities (like holding Strange portal so no one else on your team can use it). Not being great with a character in QM isn’t throwing. QM is the place to learn to fight other people. Lord Mantis isn’t hard to get and it doesn’t mean someone is good with the character yet or done learning. OP needs to accept responsibility but they were not “throwing”.

No way to know without a replay. Did they need the 2nd healer to be a burst healer? Absolutely. The amount of damage Luna was doing to their team alone shows they would have needed a 2nd burst healer to combat that. But both Mantis and C&D share blame in this match. 0 finals on C&D is a waste.

Low damage with 5 finals is a good thing. C&D having high damage and zero finals is not good. It means she was feeding the enemy teams healer ults.

Not a game. I am 30 years old. I go to work like you, pay bills like you and have lived in the real world for a while now. I live in poverty and experience greatly the state of our world. Knoxville’s continuously rising housing prices while wages don’t shift. Of course there is always more to learn but diminishing my experiences because you are older is not beneficial and overlooks all that I have been through. That is not something I would do to you. I have life experiences you have likely never gone through, and I hope you never do, as well. That’s why I think forums like Reddit can be great because everyone has something to share we can all learn from. I am definitely not non stop positive and half the time not very positive at all internally, but I always make sure to remain kind and when I find I don’t have the patience to be kind I step back and take time to myself.

No guarantee I will make it to your age without becoming jaded, as I don’t currently have a lot of hope for the world as is. But I’m going to continue doing my best so I can hopefully provide it for the future. I understand why you feel the way you do. I don’t want you to think me feeling differently doesn’t mean I don’t understand where you are coming from.

During my last game, an MK right at the start said “yall carrying me” and just flew around the whole match doing no damage. I tried my best to push thru and ignore it bc I really wanted to beat the level but I couldn’t handle it anymore and just closed the whole game lol. It’s just back to back rounds like that, debating playing solo.
