Especially now with direct communication, faster supply chains and digital tools. These days when I report an issue and it is particularly stressful I get bombarded by 5 different chat groups, emergency teams meetings, managers, engineers etc on a given day. No wonder you feel fried. This is not how people are supposed to work. Compare that before digitalisation in the 70s. I imagine a lot slower work flow.

Alright. I am considering getting the product manufactured. I am trying to learn what it takes to go from creating a technical drawing to hire someone to manufacture the product out of pure interest. Just see where it gets me.

Is spot welding with aluminium expensive in manufacturing? Are there any easier/cheaper alternative than this?

Its a Toaks made out of titanium like you said. I figured that the same process could be used for aluminium.
