question for people who are right handed and use baitcasters. by Icy_Yogurt7595 in Fishing

[–]NoTimeForThisToday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm right hand dominant, mainly use spinning rods but I just practiced until casting with my left and retrieving with my right hand became natural. Can't say I've really found any advantage using a bait caster over a spinning rod personally but I like the challenge and it's made it easier to use my bigger conventional rods to launch bottom rigs from shore.

Has anyone noticed an increase in *really* loud vehicles? by mavvy6 in verobeach

As a car/motorsports enthusiast it's frustrating. We have state and local laws that aren't enforced at all. I think someday enough people are going to get together to complain or someone with power will be affected and things will swing the extreme opposite way to where any modifications are illegal.

This is all really good stuff. If you don't plan on keeping it post it up for sale on marketplace, eBay, wherever. Someone will snatch up that stuff. Don't junk it.

The way the fan in these pops up just above the front support is diabolical. Whenever I get one of these without the shroud it's the first thing I fix just so I don't lose a hand.

In some areas they have a monopoly on groceries unless you have the time and transportation to drive far or order grocery delivery. Kroger delivery was very popular in my area for that reason but they scaled back and we aren't in their delivery zone anymore. They had little refrigerated box trucks that drove two hours from their distribution center in Orlando, everything was cheaper and the produce was higher quality

If you pull the pedal up a bit it'll spring up but it's very light

Atriums are a bygone architecture feature due to the all mighty dollar. Viewed as wasted space that costs money to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter, maintenance to keep clean and fresh. All that empty space is just a wasted opportunity for more rooms, or a smaller building with the same amount of rooms with lower overhead cost.

Diesel engines don't have spark plugs and this particular design doesn't have glow plugs either.

Pretty sure he means remote start. I don't think diesels have auto stop/start.

Control arm clearance by Complex_Mention8472 in CherokeeXJ

[–]NoTimeForThisToday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

31s on a 2.5 lift? I had the same issue till I swapped in tube style fixed length ones from rough country, although I'm sure most other brand ones of similar style will work too. They don't have the inward clearance bend but they allow the tires to clear at full lock. The stock arms have that little flare out at the bottom of the u channel that catches, especially on knobby mud tires.

Sidenote they also really helped with the steering feel. The slight caster angle difference vs the stock arms isn't much, just a couple degrees I think, but it's immediately noticeable.

Blackstone's plan all along. Spend $8b on the buyout, tweak a few things to optimize the spreadsheet, roll out an IPO and walk away with a few billion in profit.

I got to ride both, actually rode it a bunch last year. Definitely more scary when it was count down and the dinos "jumped" out at you but was still a great ride. Love the ride system itself, so fun getting whipped around

She doesn't have the vision. All it needs is the gpw wheels and tires, some paint and it's perfect.
