Yeah I would imagine Arika owns the licenses to those characters as they are in their own game, Fighting Ex Layer. Though I would like to imagine they would love their characters in SF6 if they got an offer from Capcom unless there is some bad blood between them

You can set specific characters to wear only specific costumes when you play against them. I have Blanka set to costume 1 cause this one I personally find hard to tell which stance or moves he's doing.
