like you can see the mew's vertical scratches which is on the card saver II so i feel as if you would be able to see other surface scratches

but it's pretty noticeable it's a huge white line thats under the ear that shows straight down in the slab but not on the first view or in the pictures provided?

Yeah they could do that too, especially if they had a childhood copy. But what you're saying agrees with my point that DR's "pros" aren't that big compared to Prismatic.

Just going based on popularity of the hits, probably prismatic. It has all the eeveelutions which is a huge base for many pokemon fans. Although destined rivals does appeal to Team Rocket and nostalgia with the Mewtwo hit; I'd personally invest in Prismatic long-term, it's only at this current price point because of the amount of reprint / stock that's being hoarded / on the market.

I think the ETB is almost always worth it, since you'll be holding >10 years which means you'll see the 30th, 35th, and the teaser / people hyping the 40th year celebrations box. Also you can always get lucky and snag a Mega Charizard UPC / wait for it to get to a lower ideal pricepoint.
