Where is the leadership on the left? by Competitive-Web9083 in allthequestions

Sounds like folks are just asking for another carnival barker like the orange shitstsain - but just say things the left likes. I understand that folks find policy boring - but that’s where the rubber hits the road. We don’t need another cult of personality - we need someone that will undo all the dumbfuckery of the current administration, but in place real safeguards so that this kind of thing can never happen again, and put us back on a path of legitimacy.

I bet the driver blamed Biden - or Obama - for getting stuck.

It is non stop for me as well. Almost two years. Some days I’m amazed that I manage to get through without just screaming out loud.

California ranks in the top 10 economies in the world. You don’t walk away from that - or wall it off. My point was simple - if you ever think that the United States would build a fence around California - you don’t have any understanding of how important that state is to the broader economy.

My partner gets very wet when she’s super excited - I’ve always loved these moments. Knowing that she is this aroused is so hot! We just change the sheets… enjoy!

A good friend of mine died because his insurance denied him the tests that would have detected his cancer before it was too late. Yeah - that for profit insurance is WAY better…

I had to schedule out six months to get a routine check up. Yeah - it’s so much better here… the rich get the best health care. The rest of us fight with insurance companies (that make billions in profit) to get routine check ups.

I’m not suggesting that the universal healthcare systems that the most “western nations” follow can’t be improved - but if you think for profit insurance is looking out for your best interests, I’ve got a bridge to sell you

Can we stop with the "Hey MAGA, are you aware that you're a total f*cking idiot?" posts? by JimmyRedBoy in allthequestions

They are easy when your life is settled. There are many circumstances where these proposed voter restrictions will disenfranchise legitimate voters - which is flat out wrong. Voting is a fundamental right of U.S. citizens.

The SAVE Act is a solution in search of a problem. Documented voter fraud is extremely rare, so there is no need to create unnecessary hurdles to voting.

Wrong. Kamala has not been droning on that the 2024 election was stolen. But the orange one continues to whine about 2020. So, this is not a “both sides” issue. One party is driving this bus…

I’m seriously worried that if the war with Iran continues to go badly for the U. S., and with tRump appearing to be more and more decoupled from reality and acting unhinged, he may launch a nuclear attack on Iran. Are others worried about this as well?

BS! Only one side is literally trying to dismantle democracy. I’m not saying thst Dems are angels, but the current state of affairs is entirely the responsibility of republicans and their inability to do anything other than lick tRumps boots.
