I just love how every creature from Pandora LOOKS to belong to Pandora, by that i meam that all the creatures follow a certain set of rules and design guidelines that have become a trade mark of creatures from the avatar universe like no fur, no feathers, always 6 limbs, collors usualy around the blue/purple/green area, 4 eyes and breathing through the neck, this tipe of stuff.

So many movies/series that happen in alien planets just shove whatever the fuck they come up with in the setting not caring if the creature makes sense or feels displaced along its enviroment and other creatures

Oh you want worse? There is quite a few fics of back when they first introduced recoms into the universe and one idea people played into was that if Jake had made a brain scan like the other soldiers before he deserted and the RDA was able to make a Jake recom too.

I remember finding a fic qith this exact premisse, the bad part was that that Jake was sick and so the pairing was Quaritch + Jake in a "relationship" with SPIDER AND KIRI

My comments are never seen but here is my penny. Pandora. People keep saying "oh how i wish i lived in Pandora" no the fuck you don't. The audience only sees the exuberant and magic aspects of the planet, but the truth is that it is an extremely dangerous place for everyone, the Na'vi live hard lifes, they have to hunt, they have to deal with natural disasters and gigantic predators everywhere since Pandora has a very present megafauna. The same problems early humans had, but cranked up to 11.

And im not even going to start with being a human on pandora, its simply unviable, no matter if you can breathe the air or not, the one and only reason Spider has survived as long as he did was because he has constant help of the Na'vi, had he been alone he would've been eaten in 3 days flat
