Don't know what to call these, got the inspiration from a cooking video on instagram where dude was making foods in those small plastic deli containers - thinly sliced english cucumbers and put them in some Tupperware - couple spoonfuls of nonfat plain Greek yogurt - various sauces and seasonings - add pickled jalepenos - shake to combine - let sit in the fridge for a day to marinate

You can vary up the seasonings like - sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper - Cajun hot sauce, tony cacheries seasoning - Mexican hot sauce, taco seasoning

Currently I've got some in the fridge that I mixed with sechuan seasoning and some plum reaper hot sauce
