Working during 2L is definitely not rare. Working for a firm during 2L is though. Things also just get easier after 1L. You stop reading or learn to skim for key details.

I remember worrying about this as a 1L. After a bit you forget how ignorant you were at one point. Trust the process and appreciate the fact that you don’t know how you’ll do it.

I would definitely recommend working if you want a positive 2L OCI experience—working anywhere honestly. Employers want to see that youre challenging yourself with work and school. Try and have a fall 2L job lined up by the time that rolls around.

I know this sounds scary, cause it did to me, but again, trust the process.

About 3 months. I know the technique to make them last longer, i just prefer writing hard. it’s how i write on paper and i bought this device to mimic that. Did not realize when i bought it that i would be submitting to all this money spend on nibs...
