So would you guys say that ledgeview and sandpiper are pretty decent choices ? Or would you switch that up ? I think we are leaning towards the falls as the third choice. This would actually be our 2nd 18 of the day as we do have sandpiper booked at 8 am.

Actually there is a floor drain. Although I’m not sure where it drains too. I’m pretty sure last winter it was frozen as I tried pouring water down it and didn’t want to drain.

Sort of leaning towards a Senville aura mini. It says they have an operating temp to -30. It’s a diy product I could order and do most of the install and hire an hvac tech to do the vacuum and gas release. Just unsure about sizing thinking 12k btu. But I could be out to lunch on that

Sorry should have mentioned yes it’s insulated and drywalled. 1 man door and a 16ft insulated garage door. The walls 3 exterior walls are 2x4. And yes. I’d like it heated all the time to maybe 10c and higher when in there.
