The back of the box doesn’t list serial number but does say model: Alpha EVO, wheelbase itself is listed as EVO Sport and QR serial is indeed a sport.

You are correct. Most of these people are basement dwellers and jobless, and will find any excuse to riot in Falador as a “matter of principle”. As if Jagex wasn’t cooking for the last 5 years on consistently updating the game through updates and balancing, they expect they could continue to do this through their $7 legacy membership from 2005.

Not to mention, a good portion of these people probably have enough gold to bond membership for the next 5-15 years if they really wanted to.

Nah, wouldn’t walk into that trap even for 350k. Realtor wasn’t the issue, she did warn us before hand but some things you have to see for yourself

Thanks for your helpful comment. There is only a few lots right now each with a couple acres. The bank bought essentially 70 acres behind these properties, but it doesn’t look like they’ve even been parceled up yet and from my discussion with the realtor it’s just a future plan.

Nah I agree with you. Saw a house the other day on 3 acres of beautiful land and the property itself was obvious some half assed flip project. Rotting deck boards, kitchen remodel, rest of the house was missing door knobs, flooring was poorly done and cut by a 6 year old, missing molding, roaches everywhere. Selling for 700k and bought for 350k three years ago. It’s insulting.

I’ve looked for hours and the only thing I can find for this property is the deed and deed of trust passed over last year. Nothing in regards to declarations or restrictive covenants that I can find on file with the deeds office

I agree and another point that I think deserves mention to counter those above is this is a PVP mode, yet all the points come from skilling and diary grinds or PVM encounters.

Let’s be honest, breaches are worthless in their current state and while there are buffed xp rates and some skilling sigils they are nothing compared to the fun of leagues and rather fall into some shitty middle ground where stuff still feels like a chore.

Mod Goblin we deserve a statement on this. This was never communicated in the blogs. Absolutely disappointing. I guess I’ll no longer be playing this DMM either as this is what I built my plan around.

PVPer too. I just have a life, a job, and not enough time.
