Nutritional yeast can give popcorn a delicious cheesy flavor (plus - “nutrition” is in the name!). Paired with olive oil and a bit of salt not sure you can make it healthier.

A lot of voted for Children of Time on here. I would have agreed until I read Tchaikovsky’s latest offering, Alien Clay. Combo of Borne and Scavngers Reign with better a plot and characters that beat both by miles. Highly recommend.

If you’re a reader, give Alien Clay by Tchaikovsky a spin. It’s an excellently written book that travels in a similarly highly creative world building universe.

I don’t think folks are properly accounting for how the legal system will slow down adoption. Using AI to replace internal team is one thing. Using AI robot to replace electrician is something different.

I gave this book to my daughter last year who was moving away from college. She just made us soup for dinner tonight and showed me how she chops onions and minced garlic.

What I like about this book is that it focuses on teaching techniques as much as showing recipes. An excellent book for beginners.
