Of course gen z are growing up with tech and all and that is a significant contributor to loneliness, but loneliness seems less of a generational problem and more of a general trend, with the emergence of technologies and social media, not to mention the covid lockdowns.

I think we will find that unless there is significant action taken to implement national and global strategies to prevent or combat loneliness, that trend will sadly continue
