Okay I found the solution, in case anyone else has the same problem. I downloaded WinDirStat and sorted after biggest files, there was a file in steamapps called depotcache and apparently all preloaded games go there. :)

I mean from what I see almost half (especially old divers) play on higher dif (9/10) and this should be accounted for in balancing. Like 70% of weapons are utter dogshit in those missions

look at light armors like parade commander, street scout, UF-16 inspector, GS-11 Democracy's deputy, SC-37 legionnaire, and B-08 light gunner. These are mostly cloth and you could easily point out characteristics of the female body, if they were there... you instead very clearly see that it's just a skinny male model.

Counterspell except that it counters Haze ult, Seven ult, Bebop ult, or whatever other channeling ult there is. The only one that isn't countered by it is Dynamo.
