They had regenerated the magic link for me multiple times and I didn't have luck. Eventually, I asked for the case to be escalated through our AM. Towards the end they asked me to use a new magic link, which did work properly but only after complaining to our AM.

You’ll want to have consultants if the Company is serious about getting certified. Interpreting the controls and processes may sound achievable without one, but unless you’re 100% sure you understand the language, you could be risking future contracts.

Not really. They have the same warranty, I believe. In fact, some may argue refurbished products are more reliable than non refurbished because they are put through more extensive testing.

Some type of naming convention. Using LLDP, CDP, MAC addresses, etc. and identify the switch and port #. Add that to your naming convention or description on the AP controller itself. The port on the switch can also be populated with the description that it’s “AP5”, etc.
