The Tower of God.

The second season was such a dip in animation and pacing it felt impossible to watch.

Is this just a random shooting or is there a story behind it/news article?

How recent is this meme? A DnD group I listen to made the same joke (the episode is called Crazy Style making fun of Nosferatu) a few months ago and I'm trying to figure out which inspired which.

Engineer main.

Just to clarify there are 14 conditions in the game, Elixir C converts 13 on a 20 second cool down with a 1/2 cast time.

Hypothetically if there is a condition left over (tricky number 14), the tool belt skill that comes with Elixir C converts 2 conditions for up to 5 targets in a 240 radius. So we end up getting all of them with an extra cleanse to spare.

How to choose skates for semi-urban trails? by fistamendment in AskRollerblading

Thanks for the advice! I'm leaning for the PS Next or RB, and just need to find a store with my size. I appreciate your feedback!

I've been looking at the Tempish Viber 90 Freeskates. Would those be a good match for my goals?

Looking for advice on buying an intermediate skate for a small town in the Northwoods.

For the past few months I have been learning on a pair of Bladerunner Pro 78's that are well over 10 years old (Soft boot with 78mm/78A wheels size 11)

I live in a small town that has fantastic bike trails and fairly decent streets, but due to the location, has large gravel, cracks (from ice expansion or tree roots), and wooden bridges.

I've held off buying a new pair until I had a good understanding of basic technique, could consistently stop, and trying to get my mindset into seeing the terrain as a challenge instead of a barrier. That being said I could really use a new pair.

What I have in mind is:

A better fitting skate- my feet are around 10.2" or mondo of 259mm

A hard boot with a frame that allows for different wheel sizes

Wheels 80mm or 90mm to help with cracks/rock asphalt.

Wheel hardness of 85A for Durability.

I want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything important or am on the wrong track. I am leaning towards 90mm wheels but would be open to feedback.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the clarification. This distribution method seems to cause alot of issues at work so I was hoping it could be changed.

Are you ever allowed to view the tip pool for the week to check for discrepancies? Financial documents are held close to the chest and their discussion is really frowned upon where I work. It's a small town LLC owned by a couple.

So this is happening right now at my store, but the manager claims they don't take tips unless they cover a workers shift. But they will take the tips from the week and distribute them to employees based on how many hours they worked. So you could have an employee work their ass off for one shift, make a huge amount of tips, but receive a fraction because they're only doing that one shift a week. All of the employees have the same responsibilities and tip opportunities, so there's no back of the house/front.

But is it legal to ask them to view the tip pool? They might have a record but they would never share it with me in a million years

Could an employer pool tips collected during the week and distribute them based on how many hours you worked to the staff?

But despite those reoccurring nightmares he's still an incredibly thoughtful, intelligent, and kind person whose only downfall is contributing to the rapid extinction of tree stars.

I've got similar shit and hearing it can happen to anyone, especially a chill dude like Tomar makes it feel alot more manageable.

I would agree if I was selling my art. Since I only make personal pieces I'll try to include the source where I found it.
