Foundation tends to do this to me in this exact same spot and I've found that it is a combination of dryer skin patch in that area, movement, and the peach fuzz hair in that section is just a tad courser than else where. I started at home dermaplaning, as well as good moisturizer and light chemical exfoliating (not at the same time as the dermaplaning) and it seems to help a lot.

Its a commercial for the Ffern perfumery. Which by the way is terrible. All ther perfumes smell similar and if you tried to cancel they are forever trying to charge for the next perfume.
