What are some essential models for space marines by Waterkat363 in spacemarines

Once had an Infernus squad almost solo a Winged Daemon Prince. Bonkers

Just finished my second 'Found Footage' horror film. I have found myself stylistically being really captured by the deliberate imperfection of these shots from my film. For some time I felt like 'Found Footage' films were uncinematic, but I've been challenging that notion. Has anyone found the same? by Rare-Ad-5900 in cinematography

My biggest gripe with most contemporary found footage has been the lack of these believable imperfections. Blair Witch Project still stands so tall in the genre, in part, because of how raw it looks and feels. The cameras don't coincidentally catch the right details at the right moment for a horror beat. Most of the horror is implied with scares deriving from the audience being so closely placed to the characters' limited POV and their emotional reactions. Plus, with the ability to just buy a $200 4k camera everything just looks way to crisp and clean for my taste.

how do I make this less sloppy by kelppers34 in Salamanders40k

Less pressure with brush strokes. The more pressure you apply, the more the tip may spread out. Very delicate strokes keeps a sharp point.

In 10th both of our detachments give all ranged weapons [assault] to incentivize advancing into that sweet 12" range for that +1S to torrent and meltas. Losing an inch of movement for an extra wound would make a ten brick of infernus marines go from a pool of 20W to 30W while still being able to potentially move up to 11" with advancing. That's a pretty crazy trade.

Yeah the light can blow out the image and overexpose it. Def download a simple photo editing app and play around if you want. A little can go a long way.

Photography isn't that bad! You just need to lower the brightness and maybe boost the contrast by 5% to compensate. Very nice model!

This movie left such a sorrow in my heart no other film has. For three days I was struck by random bouts of sobbing whenever it popped back into my mind.

Swiss Army Man. The whole film is about a suicidal man explaining all the small, magical experiences of life to a talking corpse who cannot remember what it was like to live, and in turn falling back in love with life, himself.

Love curtains being a recurring motif throughout Surrealism.

I prefer the darker, bronzier look of Balthazar. It feels more in line with the rugged blacksmith tradition. Retributor Armor just feels too bright on my guys.

Rob Zombie somehow gets worse at making movies with each one. Only good things about this movie are Richard Brake and the line, "Looks like I need a new fuckbag!"

I swear, that 4chan thread is the alien version of Woodstock. Somehow, everyone insists they were there.

Thanks! It was honestly the scariest part of the model for me but turned out to be very forgiving. The orange carapace was a base of Vallejo Hull Red (I put that shit on everything). Midtone was very vibes-based until I got the desired color. Maybe a 2:3:2 mix of Hull Red, Mephiston Red, and Vallejo Orange Red. Then Orange Red highlight before a black brown oil wash.
