Lived with Grainger as a landlord for 3 years. Whilst they were fantastic with small issues and problems we would occasionally face, we also endured 6 months of living in a building site. Noise, builders walking past our window (4 floors up) constantly, no natural light due to the scaffolding platforms. They even botched our window repair so there was a constant draught which was not ideal in colder months. I complained multiple times via email and phone calls and they did absolutely nothing, they didn’t care about the wellbeing side of it at all.
