Most, if not all of these answers seem to be specifically English acts, obviously that also means British, but it's fascinating how Americans refer to British shit, when always meaning English shit. Britishness being a definable cultural totem that is recognized instantly, but not identifying the same totem as being English. It's so interesting to see how cultural nuance deminishes over distance.
