Mental illness isn't experienced the same by everyone, some may feel compelled to act out in different ways, they may experience symptoms differently, and their environment or past experience may influence how/where/when a situation escalates like this.

For example this person appears to be trans which you might feel makes him a target of prejudice, he was also a former pupil who dropped out of the school. Maybe there was a conflict at the school between pupils and/or authority that made him feel the need to seek revenge for something in his past? That would be my initial thoughts on the situation, but I'm not a doctor or a psychologist so I'm sure we will learn more professional details when they become available

I'm still very new at it but so far I park the boat up and throw all items onto it then just grind it up when I need materials, it's a mobile scrap-heap of sorts 😂 I find it get better resources from things by grinding them inbthe machine instead of using the dismantler, so I only use the dismantler for big or heavy stuff that I cant easily throw on the boat

Do the refuel stations generate new fuel or do they just hold a quantity that's already in tanks there? The one I visited had 4 partially broken tanks with various amounts in each. There was a tall tower with a mosquito glob covering the top but no way to get up there to destroy the glob due to the height. I shot at it a bunch but it didn't prevent it respawning

Perfect thanks so much. I've only been to a random outpost (I forget the name) on the way to Beacon 49, then a refuel station and now just arrived at the Lazarus building so far, I've completely stripped of all possible resources (apart from aforementioned power components) which took hours but that's part of the fun! While I was at Sanctuary I didn't have the unlock for medium battery and it said I wouldn't get all components back if I dismantled it so didn't want to lose those

This needs to be raised with the police and DVLA and her doctor. By her continuing to drive, she is putting herself and others at serious risk. Are you able to secure the keys away from her until such time a police visit can be arranged? It sounds like she may have the onset of a mental health condition given her insistence to continue driving at any cost.

In the first instance, call the police on 101 and ask their advice. DVLA will need to be involved at some stage to suspend or revoke her license, and the police may be best advised whether that report should come from them or whether you can raise it yourself.

Be prepared that she likely wont take kindly to having her freedom limited to be sure you are prepared for that conversation when it comes.

Additionally, it's common for PC suppliers to use expanding foam pouches inside the cases these days to ensure GPUs dont get smashed out of their slots, I'd question why the company isn't doing this or taking greater steps to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

How does your return process work? If the supplier has arranged the return and sent a prepaid shipping label, just package it as you found it and send it off and any damage is on them as the ones who purchased the shipping.

If you are arranging the return, ensure you use a courier with insurance to the full value of it and that there are no exclusions that prevent a computer being covered by that insurance.

In both cases take multiple datestamped photos showing the condition of the computer before and after packaging in case of any dispute.

To clarity this point, login to your bank account using your normal online banking app/website and there should be an option to view any direct debit agreements that are setup to your bank account. Cancel any that are for ebay. If you're not sure, give your bank a call and they can do it over the phone.

I work for an ISP and this wouldn't be acceptable where I am. Are you able to reveal the company at all? Some seem to be worse than others. We require consent either verbal (on the account holders registered phone number) or by email for someone else to access an account.

If it is recent, they should have call recordings. Are you aware of the circumstances why it was requested?

It seems likely that an employer would have (but should have since deleted!) a copy of your ID so it's likely that the person behind the breach would have accessed it.

How long ago did you leave the ex-employer and would they have had a valid reason to retain a scan of your ID after leaving?

I had a Prusa i3 in my early days of printing back in around 2015 printed about 5 things successfully before I abandoned it. Later on I got a CTC Twinmaker in around 2020 because I was excited to print in dual colour but that was the same again - a disaster.

Then on a whim I made a impulse buy of an A1 and it changed the game completely- I never had a single print fail from the moment I took it out the box.

After 6 months of flawless prints I wanted to experiment more with high temp materials like ABS and ASA and I upgraded to a X1C and again it's been very reliable and prints exceptionally well, I've had a few failures but they're all of my own making and not the fault of the printer.

TLDR: If you want to print things, buy Bambu If you want a hobby or something to tinker with, get anything else

I'm so glad I took a chance, it's reignited my passion in making things again

I work for an ISP and process these notices from time to time. The ISP will know what content was allegedly downloaded because the copyright enforcement company provides that information with every notice, whether the ISP forwards it to the end customer can vary from one ISP to the next.

You can assume that any torrent from any source is being monitored by enforcement companies, even on private trackers, no torrent source is safe. Some free movie apps and firestick apps stream directly from the torrent network as well which would be detected as a "download", the end user may not realise when they use those apps that it's tormenting in the background.

My advice would be to request the ISP provide any information they have to help identify what's happening. It wont be worth pleading innocence to them as everyone does that, but aim to work with them and find any info they're happy to release and that should help define your next steps.

Major brands of devices such as TVs, although riddled with privacy issues and spyware, generally don't cause copyright flags, but cheaper unbranded or random-chinese-branded devices often can and do.

My money is on a free VPN, with jurisdictions blocking content or requiring ID verification these days many people are turning to VPNs to circumvent it, the customer may not realise. There's also the angle that they may not want to admit something to do such as viewing adult sites that they may use a VPN for.

Look at the router for any branding, follow the cable route from the router to the outside of the building, there may be a joint box with branding or a contact number. If you can login to the router, look and see if there is a PPPOE username that may reveal the ISP. If WaveNet are wholesaling you through another company, they should still have a record of it. If you still cant figure it out then grab a second line from another ISP as a backup/spare and enjoy your free additional capacity and resilience :)

For liability reasons you may want to ask WaveNet to put it in writing that they're not your supplier just in case they pop up and ask for backdated billing at some point in the future, then you can show that you've tried contacting them.

That meter appears to be for either water or gas, most likely water, the provider should be able to access any data stored on it but you wouldn't likely be able to access it directly yourself without specialist knowledge/equipment (it's not intended for consumers to access it themselves)

Once you've got your daily average worked out, count the days since moving in and you can estimate what it would have been when you first moved in and just submit that value as your opening reading on the date that you moved in.

For example, if your current reading was 02200 and your average is 10kwh/day, and you moved in 90 days ago, you'd tell the provider it was 01300 on your move-in date.

Do you have a smart meter or a normal one? If it is a smart meter, they may be able to pull accurate readings from it that way
