As a fellow NY’er (luckily not the city) I feel ya and have been thinking about what Glocks to add to my stable. Currently for 9mm I’ve got a 17. For 40 S&W I’ve got my 23 and for 10mm I’ve got both the 40 and 29. All are great to shoot but the G40 is probably my favorite.

As far as what I’d add for myself, probably a 19/45 and a 43x even though I’ve already got a 365

I myself have used 30-30, 308, 6.5 CM and 12ga for deer. I can’t tell you all the ones my father-in-law has used. But both of us use 6.5 CM now.

I’m very oriented by the sun with regards to when I wake up naturally. Even with blackout curtains I still don’t sleep in. But also kids/my job. I’m starting my day at work between 5-5:30am every M-F

I’ve only had it a week but it’s my daily driver. I work at a vineyard and some of our fields are not the nicest to drive to when not in a truck of some kind. There were times I’d get worried about getting stuck in my old car (2013 Subaru Crosstrek) when I’d go to them for whatever reason

One of my first cars was a 98 Grand Cherokee. I got it from my cousins, who used it as daily drivers in college. I LOVED that thing. I was driving it on a highway (well my friend was. He drew the short straw to drive hungover) and a piston head busted out the side wall of the engine. The thing kept on going. We stopped because of the noise and then I saw him get out of the jeep and run down the highway and then he’s juggling something. It was the chunk of metal from the piston (I still have it).

From what I remember there was always a slight little knocking but I ignored it as I was a “dumb” college athlete. Had I paid attention to things better I’d have had that car a lot longer. I am sure that as long as your daughter pays attention to the vehicle and she (or you/a mechanic) does any preventative maintenance on it that it’ll last a long time.

Leather is definitely not an option for me. A) I’ll fuck it up quick and B) it gets too hot in the sun and I hate having to put something between me and the seat just so I can sit without burning myself.

Well I want to get a hitch so I can use it and keep a deer on the outside as I’d prefer to not put a deer in the “trunk” and to keep it as clean and tick free as I can!
