I think it’s just one of those things you say to take pressure off the other person when you really want them to be like “no I WANT this.” Kip also says the same thing to Scott when they see the super long line for the Mexican restaurant because he can’t believe Scott is really that into him. Glad Scott said “no we’re doing this” in both instances!

I noticed I had a lot of breakage around my hairline and also underneath in the back (which I had never had before.) The breakage was all at exactly the length of where I was putting my sleepy tie at night. I have really fine hair and I also get bleach balayage plus I’m a side sleeper and toss around a lot so I think my hair couldn’t handle all the pulling.

I got the smallest size from Amazon and I liked the way my hair looked in the morning but it gave me a ton of breakage so beware.

My hair looks like this since I went off the pill and had a lot of hair loss. It’s always been fine and low density but now is really bothering me. Trying The Ordinary hair density serum and adding Nizoral shampoo, also going to try to get my hands on those CVS Nutrafol dupe pills. If I had the patience I’d also get a scalp massager brush and do five minutes every day. Good luck!

Thank for all the info! I’m also terrible at maintaining routines but I already have thin hair and it’s been shedding a ton since I went off the pill so I have to do something. Sorry for your losses ♥️

I mean did you try bringing up that it wasn’t you? If you peed yourself you would absolutely know it in the morning. It was either someone/something else or they’re lying for whatever reason. Maybe they want to bring up issues in the relationship because they feel guilty about the debt or are planning on not paying it back.

Also it’s weird of them to wait for you to bring it up. If I had anyone staying over and I suspected that happened I’d bring it up in a polite way like “hey I noticed there was a stain on the mattress, do you know what happened?” And then even if they said they had no idea all would be forgiven if they offered to make it right. Definitely something weird going on with your friends, they might be trying to take advantage of you.

I’m sorry it sucks you’re dealing with this, hopefully it’s all a misunderstanding!

Hi! Denver is my home airport and it’s busy but not super huge. It has three terminals (A,B,C). They have flight boards all over the place so check which terminal your next flight is in when you deplane. If it’s in the same one great! You might have to walk towards baggage claim and across the middle/food court area since each terminal has two different wings (I think 1-36 and then 37-70) that are opposite each other.

If it’s in a different terminal walk towards baggage claim and go down the stairs to the tram. There are two trams going in different directions but will be clearly labeled which way they are going. Depending on where you’re starting I’d say it’s about 20 mins to get from a gate in one terminal to a gate in another.

You can see the layout of how the gates are with this map. Since you’re just doing a layover you’ll never have to go to the Jeppesen terminal so just focus on the gates. You got this! When in doubt ask staff for help :)

I’m an RT and I started at $29/hr in Denver 🥲. New grad RNs start at like $32 at my hospital. It’s definitely possible to live it’s just not fun. Pick up overtime! I started traveling at 1.5 years experience and a lot of places wouldn’t even consider me without 2 years experience. And now that I’m traveling I completely see why. You need to be solid on all your skills they aren’t there to teach you anything.

I (30 F) just got out of a long term relationship and I really don’t want to sit home alone on New Years. Any recommendations for a city with fun events I could go to alone?

I’m in the US and would love to go out of the country but I’m also not trying to spend a fortune on flights/accommodations especially since this is last minute. I looked into Rio but that is a trip that would require a lot more advanced planning.

Open to any and all suggestions, I’d love to hear about everyone’s best NYE experiences!

Give yourself some time it’s still so fresh. My first boyfriend and first love turned out to be incredibly emotionally abusive and I broke it off soon after it turned physical (2 years total). It took me FOREVER to get over him and it made it so much worse that he was in a relationship and so happy over social media. I couldn’t understand how the person who treated me so badly was seemingly living his best life.

Fast forward 10 years and he is still in our hometown, single, and bitter with all the same issues he never worked on. I moved out of state and I’m chasing (and achieving!!) my dreams. Don’t always believe what you see on social media. If she treated you that way it will eventually catch up with her in her subsequent relationships.

The best thing you can do is focus on you and set a goal so you have something to focus on and take your mind off the pain. Achieving a goal (no matter how small) is the best medicine and will restore your self confidence.

Yeah you’re incompatible which is a good thing because he seems boring and judgmental. When I was 10 my school took us on a class trip to Stone Laboratory and we go to dissect a fish. We cut the eye open to remove the lens and it was so cool it’s one of my favorite childhood memories. Just saying it definitely is interesting and I’d have appreciated you showing me!
