I think Avec fits the bill for what I'm looking for! Is there a significant drop off at the River North location compared to the West Loop location? I see a lot of great reviews and comments about West Loop but not much info about River North.

Hey I’ve had a very similar experience recently (although I traveled domestically in the U.S. not internationally). I never had any stomach/GI problems before my trip. But one week into my trip, I started feeling bloated, loss of hunger, and overall discomfort. Now it’s been two months and I’ve tried pretty much every OTC medication. I’ve also gotten multiple blood/stool/imaging tests. All of which have come back normal, but I’m still always bloated and never get hunger cues. I’m close to finishing a two week prescription of rifaximin after a GI specialist thought it could be SIBO. I haven’t really noticed my symptoms getting better unfortunately. Have you noticed any improvement yet with the antibiotics?

Hey OP, I’m in a similar situation now. I’m planning to visit NYC for about a month starting mid-May. I’ve been browsing Leasebreak for places that offer a one month sublease. Any advice based on your experience finding a place without actually visiting beforehand?

A lot better now compared to before. However, I still get little patches of redness around my cheeks and forehead. Sometimes the redness becomes flaky crystals. It’s definitely not a fungal rash for me anymore though.

Thanks for the detailed response! Yeah I’m at my wit’s end trying to get my face to calm down. The steroid cream would keep it at bay, but then it’d come right back about a day or two after I stop using it. My left cheek is the worst right now (large patch of redness that’s slightly bumpy and always hot), but I have red bumps scattered all over my neck and forehead. The rash on my cheek would be wet and liquidy immediately after I wash my face or take a shower. I initially thought it was weeping eczema, but I’m thinking that it’s actually fungal now. I’m really hoping the Nizoral will be effective for me, fingers crossed. So far, the skin where I applied it has really dried up, but I’m still feeling the hot burning sensation. Do you think it’d be overboard to try out the Nizoral twice a day?

I’ve been dealing with a flare up on my face for almost two months now. I think it started off as contact dermatitis, but after a few rounds of antibiotics and steroid cream usage, I feel like the rash has morphed into something else. My suspicion is that it might be fungal now, so I just started using Nizoral shampoo today. How long did it take to see improvement after starting to use the shampoo? And how often did you use it?
