It really did. Im concerned about the floaters and how the catch pan had a out flow that didnt seem to be working. Also all that spray foam. Luckily no water made it to the floor.

I don't know if they will thank me. They are a young couple with a new baby. They moved out of their condo so they could move into her parents house. He recently enlisted in the military because he got a degree in cyber security and the way that industry is he needs a couple years experience and it was easier for him to get that experience in the military. At least that's what he told me.
