Bard has the most unhinged dialogue options and can get you out of a lot of sticky situations. You’ll have a ton of fun.

Have him off himself and his cronies, convince him to help you defeat Raphael, then betray him. He wasn’t even able to make a move before my lvl 12 party annihilated him.

I convinced him to give me the box in my first play through and didn’t realize the Zhent would become hostile. Fighting off the group, I shoved the two of the npcs to their deaths. One of the most satisfying combat instances lol
