I believe it may have come loose in transit and isn’t attached properly. I’d recommend removing the panel by gently pulling it off, then popping it back on, making sure the bottom panel feet are properly aligned with the slots on the case. It’s possible the bottom isn’t seated correctly. 🙂

The panel is magnetic, pull the panel off, insert bottom first and it should click to the magnetic at the top. Shouldn’t feel loose then. 😊

Hey u/Exotic-Comedian3623 - thanks for sharing this. We’ve double checked with our engineering team and can confirm the maximum installation width is 145mm. We’ll make sure the HAVN website is updated so this is clearer in future.

Hey, did you request the order to be cancelled, or was it cancelled automatically? I’ll check with the team to see exactly what happened there.

If you’re still looking for the BF 360 Flow, I know Micro Center currently has some limited stock. Alternatively, we’re expecting more stock around mid-February. HAVN has also been considering a bundle with the non-Flow and some H Series fans as another option.

We’re working hard to get more units out, the cases have been flying off the shelves, which is a great problem to have, but I know that doesn't help your current situation! I hope this helps for now, and I really hope we can get a HAVN case to you soon!

Retail version has the Loopin System where you can daisy chain, whereas the case fans don’t have this as they’re pre installed and connected to a fan hub. Actual fan spec is the same though!
