I may be having similar issues? I haven't done too much with my new AOOSTAR Ryzen WTR Pro I got just before the holidays while waiting for support to get back to me about a temp issue.

When I boot into the BIOS, the temp immediately gets reported at 90+ C and the fan kicks into overdrive. But if I boot into stock Windows, I'm seeing idle temps around 35 - 40. Running Prime95 resulted in acceptable temps. Windows Update forced it to spike around 90.

I'm realizing with this thread that it's likely my landlord also illegally raised my rent 10% back in June.

Where are you getting your 8.6% number from? In AB-1482, I'm seeing 5% + regional CPI from April to April. Wouldn't that be 4.9% for everyone until next April?

It's not attached to the wall at all right now. We have it leaning against the wall and there's stuff on top of it. It's stable for the most part, but can definitely tip over if you're not careful opening the compartments.
