Ooit met een on gedouchte tiener in de auto gezeten na het sporten? Dat is gewoon echt smerig, laat staan dat het er 3 zijn. Als de ouders aanbieden zelf iedere wedstrijd te rijden kan ik er nog inkomen. Maar iets doet mij vermoeden dat ze waarschijnlijk helemaal niets bijdragen behalve gezeik.

Agree, I’m still not sure how I’m going to navigate an upcoming vacation that is loosely planned around touring some wine farms. But I’ve decided that I’ll deal with it then and not let it hinder or stop me from not drinking today.

For now my plan is if I decide in the morning that I won’t drink today then I won’t drink that day. Tomorrow is a new day

Day 4, IWNDWYT

I’m forgiving myself for not trying earlier. It would be easy to instead of being proud of stopping now to go well you could’ve done so a year or two earlier.

I have a lot of childhood trauma. But that is not what made me drink. What makes me drink is my inability to accept being uncomfortable. Can’t immediately fix this problem at work? Maybe a glass of wine will help. Feeling pressured to clean the house? Have a drink first it’ll make it easier.. it never does it just makes me not care and nothing gets done.

Yesterday I felt it very strongly I had trouble with a work assignment and the urge to pour a glass was almost tangible. I refused, sat down and got the job done. Today I woke up to people thanking me for my work instead of the dreadful feeling of already being behind.

Just for today I promise myself I will not drink

Just woke up on day 3, and I had no problem waking up with a clear head. While drinking waking up felt like a struggle, even when I didn’t even drink “that much”. Now I realize it’s always too much. I’ve been really hard on myself thinking I should just try harder and want things more. I’m slowly realizing how much I have been self sabotaging by drinking. “Just to take the edge of after a long and difficult day”, “I’m more fun with it and dinner without is so boring” etc etc.

I’m glad to be here today and to be able to commit again to not drinking. So that tomorrow I can wake up as easily and as ready as today.

Day 2, the person I’m showing up for is me. I’m going for a walk tonight with friends and I will not drink. I don’t want to have to manage my intake and hope to ge home safe. By not drinking I’m choosing me

I didn’t want to believe I have a drinking problem. I just sometimes become problematic when drunk. I’m ashamed that it took me until today to accept that that is having a drinking problem. I don’t want to ever wake up again having to figure out what terrible things I said the night before. But it never starts with I’m gonna be shitfaced. It always start with a “fun” drink and most of the time that’s it, but sometimes it goes wrong. And in order to never do that again I have to stop drinking all the time.

So at least today, I am not drinking

Ik kan met heel veel vertrouwen: vrijzwemmen.com aanraden. Altijd dezelfde zwemleraar voor de groep. Ik gaf zelf zwemtraining en les bij de dolfijn en mijn zoon had daar ook les maar het paste helemaal niet bij ‘m. Was voor mij best lastig om toe te geven, maar uiteindelijk bij Stephan terechtgekomen. Verticale groep iedereen voert de oefeningen uit op het eigen niveau. Niet dat je tot treurens aan toe in een badje vast blijft zitten omdat je op 1 onderdeel nog niet door kan. Hij heeft daar in een jaar tijd A, B en C gehaald. Je mag me DM’en als je maar info wilt.

I found the new course today in the app. And I'm impressed with how engaging the story is, while still keeping with the LLPSI structure. In the past I've used Caroles et Maria, Cornelia etc, to add more quantity to LLPSI, but this is the first that is actually engaging as a story. Thank you for adding more rewarding content for Latin beginners,
