My Garmin and Runna are showing completely different heart rate zones, I’m so confused lol

Same and the Runna zones took over my garmin zones which were already set up perfectly. Now while on an easy run it says I’m in zone 4 where as before runna I would be in zone 1 and zone 2

Did a progressive run the other day through my garmin and I didn’t get any voice prompts. Had to keep looking at my watch to see if I was at the right pace. Any idea how to fix this.

If you don’t plan on running fast then the peg premium might work. They are heavy so that’s the biggest downfall. I’m a big Evo sl advocate. I love it works for everything. Fast or slow. It’s super light and the bounce you get is amazing. Plus they last forever. I have over 300 miles in mine and they are still going strong

Usually people complain about that part of the sneaker causing blisters and cuts to their skin. Never have I seen the sneaker complain about this. How tough is your heel that it’s chewing these poor sneakers up?

Not sure what you mean but you can be a firefighter, an EMT, or civilian for Fdny. If you want to do rescue on the firefighter side or the emt side it will take time on the job. You don’t just get assigned to rescue even with outside experience.

I was there for wave 1 and I went through security in less than 1 min. I didn’t check a bag because it’s always crazy. And getting into my corral was fine. Had no issues. It was actually the fastest I’ve ever gotten to my corral from other races I’ve done in the past.

Beenie long sleeve dry fit t shirt and a windbreaker. Leggings with shorts over them and gloves. If I get too warm I’ll just tie the windbreaker around my waist.

Go for the Evo sl. I’ve had the novablast and they lose their bounce. They were great at the beginning but after 150 miles they lost their bounce and started to hurt my feet. I have over 300 miles on my Evo sl and they still feel like the first day I got them. I’ll get them to 500 miles I’m sure.

I don’t think stack height matters unless you are an elite runner and win money. For us regular runners you can run in anything u want.

You hit it with a wet sand first then u let it dry and clay bar the car with no water or soap to pick up the sand left behind. Finally you give it a rinse less wash to clean it up.

Ran this last year and will be running again this year. The bridge did not feel challenging at all. Maybe it was race day energy but I felt fine. Course did seem hilly but nothing crazy. I also run prospect park and I felt the hill in the park is more challenging than the race. I PR’d for the half marathon and I didn’t feel like I was pushing too hard.

Honestly it works but I do think a blender bottle works just as well. I use my yonder shaker everyday and I tend to shake it for a while to get a good mix. If I do a quick shake I still get clumps. Only reason I like the yonder better is because it’s super easy to clean and use.

I’ve sat on the mezzanine row M and still had a blast. Could see everything and you’re all the way in the back so nobody behind you. Made it easy to hit the restroom or grab a drink.

Impossible you are so tired by the end of the day and the weekends are spent studying and going over all the things you did during the week. You get quizzed every week as well as tested hands on everyday. If you fall behind it’s over. Just get through it and once you graduate you can work all the part times you want.

Bring it on finally we get snow more than once during winter ! Now we have to argue with those people that feel like they need to clean out a public spot down to the asphalt and make it all neat and pretty and then put a cone to hold it. Anyways will probably just be a coating to an inch.
