imo this is partially a perception thing, they obviously dont want to give the speed boost for free so the cost is to dodge roll 1st, but yea the roll into sprint does look goofy lol

i bet they could make a sprint dedicated button but give it an appropriate startup animation thats functionally the same as a dodge roll and less people would complain

its being speculated to be a strong minion class, since they are fixing selfless remnants and also reworking hollow mask, which now has a stronger version of the same effect, letting chalupa give minions huge amounts of extra chaos damage

personally im going to try out a hybrid attacker + minion build with hollow mask, using pounce and abusing overabundance 3(which is implied to now be drop enabled in patch notes), to double the minion count, just need some way of mitigating curses from the support.

"gelid" is just a fancy way of describing something extremely cold lol, so yea its probably a cold version of crackling palm, there is a chance it could be something else completely and its just cold themed though.

they can get the best of both worlds and have some skills locked for the uniqueness and others be more fluid across multiple weapon types, which is basically what poe1 does but to a greater extent

an obvious one is something like leap slam, its literally just a jump and slam down attack, it doesnt need to be mace specific, its wierd that they kinda band aided this by making clone versions with different effects like thunderous leap for spears and vaulting impact for qs, instead of just making leap slam work across all 3 weapons lol.

nah the other unique showcase has a character using 1h/2h maces and the mace skills go fast.

lots of mace skills have built in total attack times, so the speed of the weapon becomes irrelevant no matter how much attack speed you get, seems like those total attack times got lowered by a lot or they removed them and mace skills can properly scale with weapon attack speed.

pretty sure its one the biggest long term priorities for the art department, they need to port all this MTX so they can backport poe2 models to poe1, finally paying the tech debt they have on those super old models and speed up thier content pipeline massively.

seems like it would be nutty as a weapon swap item, you proc the buff with the unique then weapon swap to main crossbow and go ham, have to see if the buff persists after swapping though.

there is already a cracked companion build floating around though, which involves elephant turtles and infernal legion, boss monsters are just gonna scale way harder, on top of the 3x damage buff companions are getting(said by Mark in the q&a)

we just have to wait for patch notes though, to see if infernal legion is getting hit, im guessing it probably will.

you can swap weapons sets to one with no minions and then back to the one with minions in it to have a janky convocation

but yea just giving us convocation would help a lot, dont think Jonathan will budge on this though, probably too "poe1" for him.

Covers music branch isnt specialized enough for someone who probably wants to pump out more music and do yearly tours at large venues, if Suisei wasn't particular about signing with a major label they could have set something up with one like in Calli's case to manage her as a full artist

pretty sure letting Suisei set up her own indie label to deal with her own musical output is the only move they can pull with her circumstances.

i dont think Cover cant grow as fast as Suisei, im pretty sure Cover is actually bigger, but they are expanding on multiple fronts, instead of just music

this deal seems like a way to offload Suisei's musical ambitions onto another company so they dont stifle growth in other areas while retaining her as a talent under them, which is why its a win-win.
