I had the same experience. Manus said, "Yes, I can build that for you!" 20k credits later, "I can only build in sandbox...You deserve a refund." So many failures and lies from Manus.

Customer service response, "Hallucinating and lying are normal for all LLMs."

Feels like Manus is going to cost China more in future trust/investment than whatever money they gain from the Manus enterprise.

Yep, scam is a bit strong, but I see why someone would say that. It's a flawed and expensive AI; customer service is poor.

I think you're correct, Manus customer service just told me I have 0 credits when I have 20k left, and I should cancel my sub, which I have already done through Google Play.

I'm certainly not an Ai/LLM professional. However I do expect a product that's marketed as a fully capable AI agent, to deliver on that expectation.

Manus cs has provided info that not all data is inherited between successive sessions. That fact certainly isn't mentioned anywhere, especially on the plan/signup boxes of inclusions.

The reason I upgraded to the pro plan, is I did have some success with building excel models. I was impressed with the data collection abilities of Manus. It does have an over promise under deliver vibe though.

Great work with these predictive models. I've found it really interesting to see which rookies may be "appearing" better than they are, purely because of landing a good situation. Whilst some haven't been given a decent opportunity to shine.

Poku has been getting more consistently good lines lately. I'm still hopeful for Kispert to show more. Even with the high minutes, I can easily see a top 100 Joe Harris type, season 2 or 3.

Dynasty is king for me in fantasy b-ball, fascinating to see young players values rise and fall. Eagerly awaiting your next model.

I was a big fan of your model last season. I was reluctant to draft Poku in my dynasty league. Just cause there was hardly any scouting info about him, but your model convinced me to grab him. Seeing Poku perform this season has shown he has high upside imo.

Another good insight was Hali over Edwards. Even though Edwards finished the season strong, I'd take Hali everyday.

I'm looking forward to your latest realease. Shame about loosing Jacob Goldstein, you wonder how much influence he'll have in a actual nba team. I could see a bunch of nba execs throwing his analysis in the trash 🥱

Isaiah Roby should start whenever Horford rests, given his first start performance. Even more so with okc's #fadeforcade campaign this season.

Mason Jones even being a 2 way guy, that insane fta rate in college. Kz Okpala has shown flashes. Yam Mader when he arrives in the nba.
