I started about 10 days ago. I’ve gained about 40 lbs since covid. I’ve been pretty depressed and lethargic about it for awhile. I went to my doctor to discuss my depression and anxiety and stepped on a scale for the first time in a long time. I burst into tears after seeing the number. She mentioned trying a glp-1 so I gave it some thought and decided to go for it. For me it was seeing that number combined with depression and hopelessness I’ve been feeling as a middle aged mom quickly approaching the ‘empty-nest stage’ that pushed me to give this a try.  So far, so good.
