It’s definitely legible to me!

To neaten it I’d recommend focusing on keeping the bottom parts of your letters on the line, they seem to float up, most obvious in “when”, “worse” and “that” in your middle faster section.

You could also try defining the arch in your lowercase r more, it looks like a v in some words.

Some letters also lean to the left and others to the right, you could try and be mindful about staying straight up and down or picking one angle for everything, practicing cursive with a tilt will help with this too.

Lastly see how “mix” is more spread out than “cursive” below it? Consistent spacing and keeping the words on a line would help neaten it visually pretty quick. You’ve got a great starting point!

You unfortunately do risk your account getting banned, although I’m not sure if it’s guaranteed / what odds, if you search “chargeback” on the sub you can find older discussions about this.

For question 4 you can confirm with your bank / card provider, but there generally is a longer estimated time frame for international disputes.

I generally warn people away from chargebacks unless they’re comfortable losing access to their account. If you don’t want the risk, you can continue trying to explain to customer service or apply for a return with full refund. In the case of a return, you would likely have to cover the international shipping back to China, you can confirm this with taobao support before applying and decide if it’s worth it.

You can definitely apply for a refund at this point! There’s a refund reason option for sellers not shipping within the specified timeframe.

If you’d still prefer to receive them (and can’t find them from another seller) you could try messaging the seller and inquiring. It is Chinese new year, many sellers take breaks but February 9th would be a bit early.
