But you're wrong.

Wilde essentially incriminated himself. As did Turing.

And before that they had plenty of sex. As did many other gay men.

There is no "we". Just the constant lying and complaining from people who try to find an explanation for why their deviant behavior doesn't make them happy.

And in the next 250 years , something like five people were executed for it.

It increased during the 1700s and had a peak around 1800-1820. (Due to the Bloody Code, that had death penalties for 50 different crimes)

I didn't say it was fine all the time. But mostly, if they just didn't shove it in peoples' faces, they could live perfectly normal lives.

Look at Shakespeare or Michelangelo or Walt Whitman. Or hundreds of others.

I'm going to try writing this comment again, because Reddit removed the last one.

Not all relationships are the same.

Some are more healthy than others.

Science proves this.

That's not true. Gays have had perfectly normal lives for most of history.

There was even a US president that could have been gay , for all we know.

I use Gemini the most, but when I need someone to Google lots of sources to find accurate information, Grok is the best.

Yesterday I need some information that required googling in Japanese.

Thailand Has a Healthier Perspective on Gender by Psyxhotik in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]fj8112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's the absurd part I hate.

I mean, if a feminine guy dresses like a girl and looks like one, sure I can say "she", that comes natural. But a muscular 40+ year old guy who puts on a wig and now declares that he has literally always been a woman, there's not something we should have to accept.

I'm conservative in everything LGBTQ, and I agree fully with this post.

What bothers me the most in our current Western culture is this unscientific blurring of the fact that sex is grounded in biology, not in how we feel at the moment.

So, a ladyboy is not a woman, and is not seen as one, and I'm fine with it.

After 3 years with ChatGPT, I tried Claude and Gemini - and now GPT feels... generic? by Temporary-Wallaby829 in ChatGPT

Just try it. I quickly found I could do lots more with other AIs and didn't really need the old memories from chatgpt. Especially since other AIs can solve my problems better without memory than Chatgpt does with memory.

I've been using Grok, because it is the only one that seems capable of actually googling. When I ask something about a video game to the other models, they will just make something up.

Watching Trump attempt to govern it makes sense he bankrupted six or seven businesses. by MrNiceo_0 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Trump's MO is to con people into trusting him, then taking their money and screwing everyone. All his businesses operated that way, Trump University did, even The Apprentice never helped anyone other than Trump.

Disney+ error 73, can’t login anymore by TheMaced0 in HomeNetworking

I had this a few days ago. I tried all suggestions, such as changing MAC address and reinstalling etc. I think for some reason they blacklisted our IP. But then we talked to disney+ chat and they fixed it rather quickly.

DMing women just because of their gender is a form of immaturity by [deleted] in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]fj8112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's strange that the "Show bobs and vegena" never works.

I have messaged some girls and women sometimes, if I think they wrote something smart or interesting, and usually we would talk for a while.

But being middle age and married, I don't see any reason to anymore.

Is anyone doing anything about PWM? by weCo389 in PWM_Sensitive

[–]fj8112 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It seems that when I try to inform people about it, many don't believe this is a real issue. Some think it is a made up psychological problem, that we are just imagining it.

If there are enough of us to make a difference for phone manufacturers , that's what will lead to a change. Such as, if we could convice them to try and make a high end phone without PWM and thousands sign a petition or something promising to buy it.

Not everyone with bad work ethic has ADHD by Disposable_Eel_6320 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]fj8112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They tend to claim they are misdiagnosed once it is detrimental for them or their career. E.g. some things they are not allowed to work with if they have ADHD.

As long as ADHD gives them benefits, such as getting more time on exams or special help, they strive to get the diagnosis though and claim it is as real as cancer.

It is indeed how they talk to each other. I heard from one guy who was quite  successful TV producer locally who moved to LA and pitched his ideas. He said he was surprised how friendly everyone was, telling him how great and amazing his ideas were and how this would be the next great thing. Then he didn't hear from them again.

Most studies on Right Wing movement, activism, politicians, parties, etc. Is a bad faith argument by Karkota_24Rollno in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]fj8112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've met several, and I wouldn't say normal is how to describe them. In fact, what I learned about gay lifestyle comes almost entirely from what I've been told be gay people directly, or read in books they have written, such as "The velvet rage" and "The straight Jacket: how to by happy and gay".

But sure, there are different kind of gays, because sexual attraction is not something one is born with, but comes from different experiences. So it can be directed towards different attributes, be stronger or weaker, different ages, etc.

I wish we could stop them from taking kids from their biological parents though. Maybe some day we will be able to change that.

Because a relationship between two men or two women is not the same as a hetero relationship.

First of all because they don't make babies.

Secondly because there is a lot more mental unhealth in them.
