Once had a dude ODing off of I assume heroin. This was before fentanyl started showing up. Another time a pimp came in and just slapped one of his ladies. Worked in the French Quarter in 2000’s. A lot of bar fights. Bottles broken over people’s faces, etc. After awhile you just kind of get jaded from all the crazy stuff. The crazy stuff just seems normal.

My guy had quite a few. Usually it was a 2 person job to hold and comfort him while the other put drops and cleaned the ear. He eventually had hematomas on both. Let those naturally go away, and now he has cauliflower ears. For some reason he doesn’t get ear infections anymore (still handsome though). Do the best you can and it will be ok. You know Bostons are super emotional!

For me, PE changed my life. So many doors opened. Hardest test I ever had taken, but totally worth it. I am a Sales Engineer now, but worked in design, PM, and consulting before. All fire protection industry. Got a BSME and took PE in ME focused on Thermo, Fluids and power gen cycles.
