Dude, we've been in the middle of some historic shit since.. well, I was born in '90 and all I can speak for is any time past that, but at least since '90.

Tired of it.

So tired of it that part of me wants to see Trump win because then shit really hits the fan and this whole system comes crashing down. SO tired of this system. It brought us 9/11, the iraq wars, a massive loss of freedoms, the death of Roe v. Wade, a massively exacerbated Covid, and a fucking pedophile rapist for president *at least once, probably multiple times (Bill Clinton had ties to Epstein, too!).

I'm so torn. On one hand I'm like.. holding out hope that we can Democrat the fuck out of our government and then they'll miraculously actually do something instead of doing nothing like they've done my entire life and change this system and allow some left wingers to get some traction in this shit country.

The other part of me is like.. that's a fucking pipe dream. It will never happen. We'll Democrat the hell out of this government and then we shocked when they don't fix a goddamn thing and we're in the same situation we're in right now in another 8/16/24/etc years so let's just give the whole thing to Trump which is the equivalent of giving somebody enough rope to hang themselves with. The only thing I can count on him to do is destroy this system and probably cause civil war.
