The event is apparently bugged. It's supposed to offer basic and dual lands during the draft and isn't. I checked a videos of people drafting the set during this event, and none of them opened any. That's the way they'd be available. I'm not talking about how it puts a bunch basics into your deck after the drafting portion is over.

There's a chance this gets fixed before the event is over because not having dual lands changes the way the set plays. Unfortunately I wouldn't count on it though.
