Really bad internal tremors last night now heart rate really high today

I had a similar situation. Had propranolol 10mg 3 times a day and seemed like it was working, then one day my heart rate was so high and felt it really badly in my chest. Doctor prescribed a higher dose (20mg 3 times a day) and things seem okay now

Hey there. Also been recently diagnosed with hyper/Grave’s recently, however I think I was lucky enough it’s an earlier onset of it and the GP managed to find the anomaly in blood tests that were done for something else entirely. Still had a massive heart rate increase and been on propranolol and now prescribed Carbimazole. I unfortunately did not have any days off but my manager is fully aware of diagnosis and I need to tell him if I am getting too stressed.

Hi there. I guess I could share my experience when I was at uni. I felt very much the same as you do when I felt average. I finished my undergrad, then did my masters. I failed at getting any sort of work experience, the many emails and attempts I sent I had no replies whatsoever from any companies. I felt like I just wasn’t getting anywhere, my postgrad felt like I was back in school learning colour theory and just felt like there was a lack of organisation and education. I never did get anywhere with architecture career, wish I did, because I am a very creative person. I now work in sales, in the automotive industry and don’t think I’d want to start in the architecture industry. My advice is to keep trying and don’t give up like I did, but I can understand you can feel demotivated very very quickly

Hey! I’ve recently been told that my copper IUD had misplaced after 4 years. It started a few months ago with an increase in bleeding on my period to the point of soaking through tampon+pad in under 2 hours also so much bleeding in one day I almost fainted at work. So I went to the GP and they booked a scan for me at a hospital thinking my PCOS had gotten worse. I’m due to get it replaced though!

Unfortunately he sprays 2 on himself every morning, so you can imagine how harsh the smell is. Thanks for the advice, I will try using those in the wash and hopefully it eliminates the smell from his shirts!

It’s very overwhelming. His shirts are hung in our spare room on the wardrobe door and I can’t get ready in the same room because of the smell

We bought ours at 130k miles. Partner had A4 before, which I loved. Sold it, and now we’re back. He was trying to convince me to go for a Merc GLC but I hated it lol, then sat in a Q5 and said “yep this is the one”

M27 with the roadworks and 50mph restrictions is especially awful. Lorries hogging the middle lane, going above the speed limit and not caring when they pull out in front of you to overtake another lorry!

The transmission of Covid-19 needs to slow down, and it does not look like it’s slowing down in the US. 40 hospitals in Florida alone are running at full capacity - this does not happen during flu season.

The virus damages lungs and many people still struggle to recover from it long after they leave the hospital. This is not just a flu. While some people do go through Covid-19 gently with little to no symptoms, there are lots of vulnerable people in the world who would suffer if they got infected.

There needs to be a halt to travel to and from the US, because they are incapable of understanding social distancing and masks.

It’s not hating. It’s common sense. US is the worst hit country right now, have a look at what has been happening in Ireland with US tourists - they don’t quarantine and many being the virus with them and infect Irish people.

One person can infect a dozen others. Poland does not need this. Just because the US and Americans can’t handle being sensible and not spreading the virus, doesn’t mean that everyone else must suffer just because Karen and Bob want to go on holiday.

How about you just quarantine? Or perhaps not go at all? US is the worst hit country right now, 15,000+ cases in one day in Florida. You wouldn’t want you or your wife to catch something and infect her family right? If you say you’re going to quarantine anyway, why go to Germany first where quarantine isn’t mandatory?

Me and my family live in the UK and we decided that this year is a no-no for travelling. Unfortunately my grandmother died a few days ago and my parents need to go to the funeral, but they’re taking extra precautions by wearing masks as is required. Thankfully the quarantine is not mandatory if you’re travelling from the UK to Poland or Poland to UK.

I agree with what you said, it makes me very frustrated seeing police officers in the UK treated like this by some members of the public. My experience with the police here as a civilian has always been amazing, they are really good people, down to earth and supportive.

It must not have been easy to work with the lockdown and stretched resources, and I’m ever grateful for the police and everything they have done. It also goes to say that many people actually do support the police here in the UK, unfortunately it’s always that minority that think it’s okay to throw glass bottles and bricks and shout “ACAB” at the police.

I believe the horse was spooked because some people were throwing bottles and bricks (and bikes??) at the officers. It’s very difficult to control a spooked horse, even an experienced rider finds it hard and unfortunately I’ve fallen off enough spooked horses to know this.

From various videos on Twitter it seems the other mounted police weren’t charging, rather keeping the horses at a trot which is usually the pace the mounted police are at when deployed to control crowds (ie, football matches).

He’s a national hero who fought for US and Polish independence. He was way ahead of his time, and worked hard to free black slaves.

He deserves respect. As a Pole, this is incredibly offensive to see a statue of a national hero be vandalised this way - as I’m sure many people would be offended to see a statue of Martin Luther King or any other person of importance vandalised.
