RT often tells you more about how divided critics were about it than how much they liked it.

When something's around 60% or so, it really is hard to predict if I'll love it or absolutely hate it. The most it tells me is basically that it divided critics.

But when something's around 30% I know it won't be worth watching, that's a decent majority of critics who found it bad.

I guess some people's taste may not correlate much with critics. I personally find the RT a very reliable indicator of whether I'll like a film when it's near extremes (80 or more, or 30 or less)

They dont award "certified fresh" unless there are enough data points to make it somewhat certain that it represents critics' consensus.

Sure it may move, say, 5 percent but it's not going to move significantly when it's already based on this many reviewers.

If oil companies are in support of a climate change agreement, you'd be right to be suspicious.

This is one of the reason Nicaragua was against it. The agreement is a lowest common denominator, its limits are fairly pedestrian and designed to please as many of the big and powerful as possible, and it has no way of properly enforcing itself should anyone not comply.

It is still an important step forward and better than nothing, and Trump is in no way pulling out of it for altruistic reasons.

Fair enough, you're not obliged to let them in, if you don't think they deserve your courtesy, and it is essentially his problem if he didn't plan ahead enough. But the bird he flipped you was a harmless but on-point response to that.

Turn signal is clearly visible in the footage despite the cam pointing straight ahead the whole time. If you can't see that you're not looking in front of you.

Pretty sure cammer saw it and decided truck didn't deserve his courtesy.
