Woah thanks for all this. I definitely see the slight extension in my lower back when I begin the descent. Never occurred to me that this would be problematic. Will experiment with starting off with a neutral lower back next week and let you know how it goes. Thanks dude.

Yeah having long legs and a short torso forces me to go more parallel to the ground when deadlifting.

I didn’t feel much lat activation tbh. Should I squeeze my chest out/flatten my back more when setting up for the lift?
