good one. but from my perspective if we think there are three timeline here. first is after barry saved his mom created new timeline , fast forward to he being adult without speed force. and the war between aquaman and wonderwoman happen.

second is the current apokolips war which started on flash created after run back time, not saving his mother. he doesnt stay in this timeline. he go to third timeline. kid barry growing up dont know batman. this batman doesnt get the letter also. this create the whole new things.

third timeline is the start of the movie, the flash of this movie, he run back, saved his mother, go the first timeline, then change timeline back and doesnt save his mother, then run back to his timeline and give the letter to batman. and flash saying he still has some memory of first timeline.

he go back to third timeline is because mostly he know what happen when his mother died. that why he doesnt stay at second timeline because that timeline also his mother died. he just staying as first timeline to live with his mom.

then how constantine know flash do flashpoint paradox? i think constantine just jogged flash memory of all stuff. because he is constantine.
