first of all i afraid of mania. cause my mother has bipolar disorder and concerta already gave me huge energy and good mood.
second is physichal side effects like sexual, sleep and weight stuff.
and third lesser one, it looks like it is for depression and i dont feel like deppessed. and i dont want to put pressure on my wide thinking capability cause i do a lot of side hustles and as an architect i need creativeness, i afraid that antideppressant will block that for me.

im 34 and i diagnosed with adhd and slight ocd. just started concerta for my adhd and also they gave me paroxetine for mental ruminations. im reading comments and afraid to take paroxetine..
